This is a variation of mediums. I have a little show this weekend and wanted to not worry about drying time, so I switched to acrylics. I was a little worried about using them as it has been a while, but I have enjoyed it, especially the quick drying time. I guess each medium has good points.

I really like this one. It has a bit of abstraction going on and the colors are wonderful. I don't think you should be worried. You haven't forgotten a thing. You seem more confident with the brush strokes and dabs of paint.
